At its core, the project includes a Sport Management Capacity Building program running until November, including 20 workshops and weekly coaching sessions organized in three modules:

1.Strategy & Leadership: For leaders in sport organizations (President, Vice-President, Secretary-General, etc.) committed to boosting their organization’s strategic vision and planning

2. Sport Management: For sport managers leading projects (e.g., organizing an event, establishing a new club or federation, creating a sponsorship program, etc.) to be implemented in the next few months
